I don't know why, but I find that painting the bottom part of the bumper black makes the front much more aggresive.
Mr. Plastid Dip Man, could you try applying plasti dip to your side mirrors? It might look good to ahve the middle of the car, front, and back black. I like having contrast side mirrors but going Fiber Carbon makes that car a bit too tacky and ricy in my opinion.

C300 Sport/Palladium Silver on Black/P2
Everyone's coupes look fantastic.
I was honestly somewhat skeptical on the coupes at first, but the pictures here all look gorgeous. Congratulations to everyone!
Furthermore, with all C Class sedans in the future coming from Alabama, the Coupe, which is said will continue to come from Bremen, will be an even easier choice for us inside Mercedes fans.
Beautiful cars!
I especially love the Mercedes-Benz rings on the HID light package "Intelligent Light System." Very slick.

You might want to consider the new C63 grille too.

I have been debating the same thing, but with just the star in silver, but everything else on the grill black. Did you remove the grill? I tried the other day, and couldnt get it and I'm afraid to break something!
Any other pictures from farther away possibly?

I would leave the star chrome and everything else black the way you have it now.
If you put in an HID kit you will elimate the blue reflection in the housing and it will look better at night. Best of both worlds.

I took off my grille to plasti dip it as well. When taking off the chrome its almost impossible to not break some of the soft plastic clips on the opposite side. Putting the grille back in is also VERY difficult to do on your own because theres 3 spots where it hinges against the bumper assembly and engine bay.

Thanks. I had a few left over from my G as well lol. If you have any questions about how to take the grille apart lmk. It was a PITA.

I may just tape everything off and spray it right on the car....all I want silver/chrome is the star, I want the chrome horizontal slats black as well...
I don't want to break anything!

Take some picture for us if possible

Whatever you do. DO NOT paint the grille without takin it out. If you get plasti dip in your radiator you'll be SOL. Unless you plan to thoroughly mask it off and cover every hole.

I do plan to mask everything off, probably slide something behind the grill to keep it protected. I've used plastidip plenty in the past, so I'm familiar with it.
