New Rims For My C250 Coupe!
What's up Fellas!?
Decided to join here as I just got my C250 Coupe ( pictured below
) a few weeks ago and am about to start doing some work to it.
I recently got the tints done, so next step is rims! I want to buy a set that will fit the already existing tires I have on them with the 17" 5 spokes. The tires on those measure: 225/45 R 17 on the front, and 245/40 R 17 on the rear.
The 17" replica AMG rims I want to buy have an offset of +35 and 5 x 112 bolt pattern.
Do you guys think they will fit the already existing tires and the car overall? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!

In my opinion 17'' is very under-sized for this car, I don't know why they chose this as the factory upgrade when adding the sport package.
If I was going to spend the money, I would go no lower than 18''
c63 AMG reps are a good option..
I'm personally buying these:

Yeah that's true, maybe I could find a good deal on a rim/tire package for some 18"s.
Those are real nice, they should look great on the car man, I was looking at a similar style as well!
I'm just worried about ordering the rims and having them not fit because of the offset or something as this is my first time buying rims.

On my AMG drive day there was an E Class convertible fitted with a very similar looking set of wheels from another brand in 20" and in the metal they looked excellent.
Here's a pic

The wheel gap isn't egregiously silly, but it definitely is bad enough that it's my #1 priority right now (after JB+) to drop it after I had the 19's put on before xmas.

Personally I would love nothing more than to put 10" wide 19's on the coupe. But I like the stock handling and ride so I won't drop the car. Put it this way, if you put bigger wheels the gap is still the same distance away from the fender because the hub is in the same place. It will just lift the car off the ground 1-2 inches higher. From my experience putting aftermarket springs on your car will prematurely wear your control arms and bushings. Not to mention the ride will be ****. You'll have to swerve around every bump and every pothole. Not my ideal drive.
