They both look equally nice, in fact you can't go wrong with 'normal' silver colours (in this case irridium silver) on any type of car
Between the 2 in my opinion the palladium looks that little bit classier and upmarket compared with normal silver shades, so palladium would be my choice of the 2

Isn't this Iridium Silver the same as Brilliant Silver?
I have a silver w209 and I love it. It's easy to maintain, to keep it nice and shinny. The downside is this is a very common color, I see silver cars everywhere.
Black is nice too but I will not be able to handle the swirl marks.

My wife's ML is a black car....you got to work hard to keep the swirls out.
The Mustang I traded for this C350 was black...hard to keep the swirls out. Going silver was smart, Going C350 coupe over the Mustang GT, even smarter.

Palladium Silver
I almost sealed the deal on Iridium.
Very last minute I changed my mind to Palladium and I'm so glad I did. It is different and has a sinister look to it. Looks bad **** when the sun is going down.

I was dead set on getting a mars red coupe with black interior until my GF talked me out of it because she said its not for a grown man. Then I sat around trying to find a palladium or irridium coupe until the dealer found me my car. Like I said I'm not that crazy about iridium silver, its really common and seems like a vanilla color to me. Luckily, where I live I've only seen black and white coupes.

Obsidian black
And a lot of hard work.
Doesn't get better or more satisfying when I polish her up.

Thank You for these HD pics, I chose Palladium Silver, it's interesting how the color changes on different angles & lighting. I have a silver Q5, want a color change. Doesn't mean I haven't had a panic attack about my color choice, still waiting for arrival.

Also all metallic and or pearl colours change with different angles and especially different lighting, this becomes more obvious with the lighter colours eg. diamond white, it changes considerably depending on what light and angles it's exposed to
