I'm not sure if changing it will affect of the hold system.

However, why are you planning on changing the the brakes? Are you planning on tracking the car?

If so, why dont you change all 4?

If you're not planning on tracking, if you're going for the aesthetic purpose there are a lot more affordable options. You can just get Rotors and change your Calipers.

The "hold" feature will still work with aftermarket BBK. This feature uses pressure sensors within the ESP/ABS unit and the brake pedal to operate the "hold" feature, it would not be effected by changing calipers

Not trying to discourage you, but 2/4 Brembos will look really funny IMHO. If you're going to spend that money, I would recommend going all the way.

Any cars that runs over 100 MPH can surely use BBK. its not how fast you drive, its how fast you can stop.

hey pinoy I bet the jeepney would be nice to have bremboo brakes on it hehe....the bright red color will go well with it as well. I have seen some cars here in Vancouver who did that setup where they have front brembos and stock at the rear and they even painted the rear calipers red to somehow match it. If you want to imagine how it would look like just imagine popeye the sailor man....huge arms and skinny legs.

front big break kit will be enough for street car. just make sure you upgrade your rear disk and pad to better grade after factory one is done. rear is not necessary since rear break only does 20% of break job for our car. Make sure you use stainless steel break line (front and rear) and if you can upgrade your break fluid to Motul 5.1 break fluid, Make sure it is 5.1 not 5.0. They use those fluid on motorcycle and is really really GOOD. I have those on my E53 with 6 pistons break kit, and they are amazing.

Oh remember that... Always upgrade your break system and suspension/control arms before you upgrade your horse power... You have to stop faster than you can start up.
