2013 Black C250 Sport+
Squeaks from rear

My 2013 C250 has developed tremendous amout of squeaks from the right rear side everytime I go over a bump. It's gotten more pronounced as the weather got colder. It's to a point I can't drive around without playing the radio. The kicker is, it's only got 1100 miles. I realize since my C250 is a Sports Plus package, the suspension is very low and stiff. But this is the most squeaky car I've ever driven. A NYC cab that's 10 years old squeaks less. A 1997 Ford Mustang that I drove for 11 years had less squeak than my 2013 brand-new Mercedes.

So I was in the backseat trying to recreate the squeak to see if I can't fix it. I really couldn't. Does anyone have any idea what are the most common reasons from squeaking coming from the right rear side? If I can't fix it I might take it to the dealer for service. It sounds like I've got a next full of hatchlings in my car everytime I drive over anything but the smoothest road. Very annoying.

I'd just take straight to the dealer, grab the technician/service advisor and test drive it so they can hear it too.

I've got exactly the same squeaking sound coming somewhere from the right rear column... I just can't figure out what it is causing it but it is aloud and very annoying. My car doesn't have panoramic roof... any ideas will be appreciated

I doubt its coming from the suspension. Is it a squeak or a rattle? The rear shelf is problematic rattle source in the W204 models. I had them felt pad under it to stop the rattle, if this coupe has the same rattle, I will bring it in to have them do the same.

It is not the suspension definitely, it is from the inside - maybe it is rather rattle than squeak...

I have the same problem, every time I go over a bump I hear this noise, and it's really annoying. I have a service appointment for this problem in couple of days. Will update U.

Hello all, sorry for the late reply. So, apparently the noise is coming from the panoramic sunroof. They disassembled it and lubricated the racks and all the noise is totally gone. Been driving the car for a month now and haven't heard a single squeak.

+ 1 Use your warranty term

Take it back to the dealer for a look and have them fix it like babaksamareh did

i have the same rattleing noise everytime i go up/down the slop which my car was in the flexi position. And i am sure it is coming from the rear panoromic roof. Sent in my car once to dealer, they lubricated it but the noise is still there when my car was in the flexi position. Gonna send in again.
