C250 Lease question

C250 Lease question
Hello! I have seen some great advice and this is new to me! A local dealer started a sort of a crazy place but here is where we are now.
No cash down ( I am trading and I am comfortable with the equity in may car for the down payment).
C250 Coupe - list price 46,940
lease payment $450.00
42 months
option for buy out at that time $23,120
( I see that there are better monthly lease prices out there but I am guessing those are more base models).
They started with 3k down and $605 a month.

okay, now they say "oops" that needs to be $509 per month and buy out was "off". However, they can possibly do the above deal on one listed at $41k. Are they just messing around? How much flexibility is there on these leases. Anyone?

2013 Mercedes C250 Coupe
My C250's MRSP is around $41,000 and I am paying $458.00 a month with 10,000 miles/year, $2000 down.
So $450.00 for a car worth over $5,000 more and $0 down seems a little too good to be true.. what is the value of your trade in?

I am trading a BMW 528i. 64k miles. Payoff$14k, trade value of at least 18k. So they are going to make some money there.

My C350 Lease is $450 + Sales tax a month ($490 if you're in CA and this is with prepaid maintenance up to 20000 Miles)
I currently have the car listed for sale.
You could buy it at $42,000 (Car currently has 11,800 miles)
or
pay me $2500 for lease take over.
Here is the link. It's a great deal and you guys are paying more for a C250 when you can have this C350 lol.

And mine is fully loaded. Everything you can think of besides the hidden "Dynamic Handling Package" that only a handful of cars have.
Yours sound way too expensive. Where do you live?

Please don't take this as an offense....but...you reaaaaalllly need to do more homework and learn how a lease works. Random members here spouting off monthly payments does you absolutely no good. Every situation is different starting from the state they're buying in, to the MSRP, to their miles & months, to their credit rating, etc. etc. etc.
How I would approach this (an have before ALWAYS):
Build the car you want on mbusa get the MSRP
Build the car you want on edmunds or trucar for INVOICE
Get Residuals and Money Factors from ridewithg
Make adjustments on residuals and money factors based on your desired miles per year and perhaps guess on your credit worthiness
Plug all the numbers into an excel spreadsheet where you can adjust for state taxes, positive (or negative) equity on trades and other cap cost reductions like deposits, down payments, incentives etc.
Once THIS is all done, then you have a leg to stand on when you walk in to a dealership. Throw 'em a bone start with $500 over invoice and go from there.
At the dealer:
Ask to see allllll the numbers that they are using. You can see then where they are marking you up and you can call them on it with fact based research
Don't put any cash down
Seriously don't put any cash down
Don't be afraid to walk away or go to another dealer competition is your greatest ally
If you need a leasing spreadsheet you can google one, there are many out there. Or PM me your email and ill shoot you mine (it's set up for Va taxes though).
Hope this helps.
