My 2013 C350 Thread
Hello all!
I figured it was time to start my thread for my Benz. Here is the configuration:
-2013 C350 Coupe 4Matic (Canada)
-Premium Package
-Standard black paint
-Safety Package
-Rear View Camera
-2013 AMG Sport Package (pre-paddle shifter addons sadly)
I originally had a 2012 C350 Coupe (non-4M) but it had a bunch of engine issues which was unacceptable to me. Nearly switched over to the new 335i but luckily I found a dealer outside of the corporate stores who was very helpful and convinced me to stay part of the MB family (glad he did!). Also, in Canada, having the 4M is a huge plus (though not completely necessary).
I love the car in every way. I love the design, the exclusiveness of it, the excellent balance between luxury and sport. I even love the silly design flaws in it like the wind howling when the windows are down, the non-pillar-less doors, etc.
Some pics:
I've begone to do some mod work on it which you'll find in the posts below.

Mod #1 - Tint
I went over to Auto Links here in Toronto (great guys btw, highly recommended). Got 15% tint all around. I was a bit anxious since 15% is quite dark. Luckily the visibility is not bad at all during night time and it looks great on the black colour. I won't lie though, I would have definitely preferred 20%.

Mod #3 - Exhaust work
Took the car over to NoyzBoyz to do some exhaust work. I wanted to get a deeper grumble with some of the raspy noise you hear on the C63.
-X-Pipe added
-Resonators removed
Here's the video! Turn up the sound!
Compared to exhaust:
One issue I found is that on a cold start there is a TERRIBLE clanking sound for about 1-2 seconds. I'm going to take it back to the shop to see what can be done about this. Here's a link to that sound: https://www.dropbox.com/s/x1qsudn03wxj4qz/exhaust.avi

Very good thread Jubair! Nice to see your car and your mods. The X Pipe sounds great. I'm even contemplating X pipe into my Meisterschaft HP when it arrives. Depends on the volume though.
Good black grille choice - looks very factory and not all of them do.
If I was gonna give a mod suggestion for you, I'd change the centre caps to the black ones with the chrome Benz symbol if you're keeping your stock rims. Makes them look even better IMO. Toughens the look up. Up to you though.
Keep the good stuff coming! I'm gonna keep watching this space.

Thanks all!
@Bickling - any recommendations on where to buy the cap? Definitely interested after seeing yours and capt_paul's below too (you're right, we are almost twins haha).

Exhaust #2
Update! After a few days I couldn't stand the sound of the resonator deletes. It's great when you're cruising but at start/stop traffic it makes this high pitched sound that I couldn't get used to. Took it back to the shop and they recommended a different setup:
-X-pipe
-Resonators back on
-Dynomax VT mufflers
Here's a link (the sound quality is crap because of the wind. It's much deeper so I'll try for a better video later)
