to all lowered c250s

i recently installed h and r lowering springs...i have lowered many cars and have never experianced what i am experiancing now...i know it needs an alignment cause it pulls to the right....but it also vibrates a little bit at 60 mph or so and higher i have new wheels and tires and they were smooth right before i lowered it..so my question is did you guys have a little vibration before u got it aligned..?? i understand that the wheels could be off thus the car is fighting to push the car down the road causing vibration... thanx in advance for any help you may have

i had no change in vibration once lowered... rode as normal in my experience with the eibachs.

maybe remove the rims/tires and try re-bolt them again in a star pattern and torque accordingly... or something is still loose after install? worth a try.

Since my car is new, i never needed an alignment but my old lexus suv; when it needed an alignment the steering wheel vibrated at 60 mph or higher too. When i got an alignment on that car. It went away. So it could be the same as your car

thanx for the replies...my car only has 900 miles on it..it feels like the wheels need to be balanced but it didnt do it before the spring install although i hadnt driven it on the highway lately either..maybe lost a wheels weight prior to install but didnt notice since i hadnt really driven on highway.. i am getting an alignment in a couple of days and will have them also rebalance all the tires as well...hopefully thats the culprit

Did you do it yourself or sent it to the shop? I have lowered plenty of calls (not myself) but never had an issue with alignment. A couple of my cars I didn't even do alignment as my shop did a pretty good job.

If you had a shop do it, I would take it back and make sure everything was installed properly. And as Andrew stated, I usually wait to do alignment like after a 100 or so miles.

I lowered it myself as I have all my cars...I'm real picky and double and triple checked everything...I'm at dealer now getting it aligned and all my wheels balanced...( I know the alignment guy personally he's been doing it for over 25 years)...will report back
