What are the offsets of the rims ?? I'm guessing they're close OEM or even a higher ET number compared to OEM which is good for outside face fitment, but that's also why they'd be hitting the suspension on the inside face with such a wide tyre there.
Try dropping down to a 235 tyre or if you have room left on the front face and want a quick fix you may have to use spacers.
Just be aware though as I don't know where your from, but in some Countries wheel spacers are illegal and can cause failure problems to some of the other components associated with the wheel hub/s, hence why they're banned.
In your case though with the 8.5" wide rim with 45 ET the 235 will have to do, a 225 would be even better for clearance but will be too narrow for your 8.5" rim and give a stretched tyre fitment.
Hope all goes well with the 235's
