What real world improvement did you get from the Burger tuner?

More get up and go as stated in the BMS tuner description (above link). Basically you get another 2 psi boost.

Is there an improvement in BOTH E & S or only S? Does it affect the way the tranny shifts? Mine shifts very smooth now. Have 2013 C250 COUPE.

It obviously effects the engine tune, irregardless of which mode you are in E or S. It does nothing for tranmission shift points. Your tranny continually learns your driving style and adapts shift patterns as time progresses (this can be reset).
The moral of the story is the tuner performs best in S mode due to the higher rpm shift points on the transmission; E mode shift points are much sooner (unless you go more than 1/2 peddle down). E mode won't be in the higher rpm where the tuner is making the most difference ~3000 rpm to ~5000 rpm, S mode will.
It's plug and play and adjustable - it doesn't get any easier.

It didn't void my warranty. I've been to the dealer with the tuner installed twice. It's not a permanant change, it's plug and play. If you're interested read the hundreds of other posts out there regarding it. The tuner has been around for years and to my knowledge there isn't one instance where someones warranty was jeapardized because they had it.
