Is this a good lease deal - C300 Coupe
Hi. I am thinking of leasing a C300 Coupe, with a sticker of $50,125.
36 month lease, 45,000 miles, $2,500 down (which includes first payment and fees totaling about $1400.
Payment $625 a month including 10% sales tax.
Sound fair?
Thanks.

Sounds fair, especially considering the high mileage allotment - make sure you'll use all those.
You will generally not find "good lease deals" on the coupe, especially for fully loaded models. The Coupe is not a high volume, high production car for MB compared to the C sedan, GLE and GLC. It's safe to say you might even pay a $150ish premium per month for the same MSRP coupe vs. sedan.
The only time you will find good lease deals is when they are loaners, but those are rare - and usually pretty base models with none of the fun stuff.
Best deal I've seen is the lease swap thread in this forum for that sub $500 payment - which is absurd. Had to have put a lot of money down for that.

Update
I ended up getting a 2019 C 300 Coupe lease for $615 a month, with $2,400 down, and mileage of $15,000 a year. The price includes the first three services. I am very pleased.

Unfortunately a totally uninformed comment. A quick check of Leasehackr will reveal that lease deals on C coupes are extremely rare, and that when they are a deal they’re on service loaners which are usually boring base models with zero options. Not all cars “lease well,” and the C coupe is one of those cars.

The reason I got such a good deal this time is that I was pretty serious about getting a Tesla. To keep me as a customer, the dealer gave me what I believe is a very good deal.
Also, I don't think the 1% rule applies to cars with 15,000 miles a year, or sales tax (which is 10% here).
