97 BMW 740iL / 00 MBZ E320 4MATIC
It's funny how some people just have to have a big sub box in the trunk.
The stock Bose system with a Blaupunkt HU in my 96 C280 sounded great to me and handled plenty of bass.
I also like the stock system with an Alpine HU in my 93 400E though it doesn't handle the bass as well as the newer C280 does.
I had a sub in my BMW 325 once, and I drive 400 miles distances at least once a month. After 20 minutes listening to that sub my brains were dripping out of my ears.
Nice ride though
but if you play your bass loud
mount some good lock washers on your license plate
I've seen way too many cars rattling things loose because of the bass

H&R coil springs.
dut 2 spacers front and rear.
it dropped modestly as you can see.
a secret though, right is terrible. it feels like your riding a horse!

next project: a new set of magwheels and a carbon fiber finished interior.
