Unhappy has anyone put undercar neons?? help

I've bought four green neon lights to put under my c-220 but i cant find a proper way to connect them.
I tried connecting them to the light switch so they light up when i choose, but i cant take the light panel out! so i tried to connect two of them to the rear light bulbs and two more to the front headlight bulbs, but then there is no way to take the lights out of the car to stick them under the chassis!!
help!!please??

i think u migtht burn up ur wires if u do that. unless u wire up one witre to the battery and one to the switch so it ownt be using the rear bulb wires as power osurce. but instead the battery so u wont be burning up ur wires.

You've got to be 5hitting me. You want to combine a Mercedes with neon? You've got the wrong car.

i'm from spain, where 16 year old kids who are craving to get in control of a car have to suffer two more years to be able to drive one i bought my c220 here in spain at a dirt cheap price of 10g , but had to "restore it" since it was in a bad shape. nevertheless i managed to add some parts and, just for the nfo, here in spain, performance tuning is totally different, the exterior of the car is regarded more important than the actual mechanics. you can see real tacky cars that can make you cry and still have the stock 1.2 diesel engines which rattle like a coke can.
so, im trying to get on "your guys side" more and change all the drive train aswell as keeping a low profile change in the exterior.

ill show u a pic, its quite old but it will give u a rough idea...

let him do what he wants doug :/ stop being so judgemental!
sometimes cool things come from taking a little risk and being a little different. im sure we all have a different image of what our ideal w202 would look like in our heads.

i thought those neon blue illuminated door sills would be a little tacky and would be going a little overboard with the name recognition, but when i saw pics of it on this board, it really looked cool. he was getting compliments everytime he got out of his car. people would just stare and point at his door sills. thats cool stuff, and from a mod that you'd least expect

in MY opinion, some undercar neons would look a little too "fast and the furious" for a benz. maybe on a civic or something ricey~

i agree with posting some pics... i'll be happy to say how they look

your opinion is always welcome doug. I imagine since this is a public board, opinions are always encouraged.

its just that you prolly shouldnt of said he was from mexico or him being a 16 year old with parents buying him a benz. i think I know what you were trying to say tho when you were apologizing, so yea lets just drop it

freedom of speech guys...no harm done, in fact it made me laugh somehow the idea of giving a 16 year old a merc.
ok.... good taste. but dont' ya think a merc for a 16 year old is a bit "running before walking" ?? get to appreciate cars before having a car only to get chicks. why dont ya see for a good asian import car which will be way more fun to tune up than a merc. also repairs are ****loads more expensive in a merc than a cheapo jap car.
but hey....lets keep cool, be friends.
Rincewind, dont be ashamed 'bout what you wrote. ur somehow right.
TPliquid , how can u say neon lights look bad when u have those (dont know what they're called) plastic things in the headlights??

Now that i come to think of it, it was fast and the furious which urged me to think about putting neons on the undercar, it really is quite cool....
