1999 C230 Kompressor

Only keys locked in trunk

Hello All,

I have a 1999 C230 kompressor.

My only set of keys are locked in the trunk both smart (electronic) and mechanical (thin metal).

Is there any way to open the trunk or back set manually so I can retrieve the keys?

Contact AAA and have them open your car for you if you are a member of AAA.

If you can get in the cabin why not just press the trunk release switch? If your battery is dead you can get power to the system from setting up booster cables in the engine bay (even though the battery is in the trunk). There is a write up in here somewhere about how do do this.

get a car battery connect jump leads positive to live on alternator and earth to ground boot release should work
