C32 brakes on a W202...

'06 CLS350, '07 E200K, '05 BMW525
Do all the problems mentioned pertain to C32 brakes on a W202 only? How about C32 brakes on W203 (C230K, to be exact)? Any problems with that?

Most people with W202 would be just as well off going for the W220 setup.
