where/what is my paint code?
i recently bought a 99 c280 sport in great shape except for a dent the the hood/fender caused by a falling parking lot light, and need to know where to find the paint code and the name for this silver. anyone have a link to an online paint supplier?

check driver side door or under the hood, right above grill.
should be a piece of black metal.

2000 C230K, 1929 Ford P.U., 1946 Pontiac
It's a 3 digit code could be 735, but I can check mine, any body shop supply store can mix you a pint, that's the smallest, before it starts screwing up the match, it's mixed by weight.
