Trunk lid adjustment
A quick question...
When opening the trunk lid using the remote button, should the trunk lid open all the way, or just a half-inch or so? Mine opens just a little bit and I see there are additional holes to adjust the spring tension. (I guess I could play with the tension, but I'm wondering how it's originally designed to work.)
Thanks.

I bought the car used, so I'm just guessing, but I believe the remote trunk opener is stock (not optional). I accidentally discovered it about six months after I bought the car. When using the remote to unlock the car, I accidentally hit the unlock/lock button twice quickly (while it was locked) and the trunk popped open. Later on, I saw it mentioned in the owner's manual (I suppose I should have read it when I bought the car).
