I think it's the 2-tone leather you can get from the sport package or a custom job for your seats. If you hop on e-bay and take a look for 2-tone in MB C-Class section, you'll see an example of a two-tone leather. Black on the sides and white down the middle. Looks good IMO.

Makes your interior look more "sporty" and cool
