NO HEAT HELP PLEASE

Hello all. I know this should be in the W202 section (I posted it there) but this is urgent. I have no heat and my mom must drive the car tomorrow with a nephew (he's 2). I need to know if there's anything that I can do t this point to get the heat back on. There is just no air coming from the vents to push the heat out, as i can feel the heat coming from the vents.....

this is a link to the video. the clicking sound is what happens when I press the heat button on and the whining sound accompanies it.
Thanks in advance!

If you are correct that you can feel the heat yet the fan is not engaging to blow the hot air into the cabin------therefore it sounds like you need a new fan-------and that can't be done in less than 24 hours unless you visit the dealer!!

PS----have you checked all the fuses-----bla bla

I checked the fuses, is there a relay for it? Also, is there a possibility that it is the fan brushes, or regulator or does it sound like the fan?

There is not a conventional relay---there is a voltage regulator on the fan housing that controls the fan speed, however you have to remove the fan and motor to test to determine whether the regulator or fan motor is faulty.

FYI if the brushes are bad there is no conventional MB part for the brushes---you purchase the fan and motor and or regulator.

Okay, I went to the local Indy, he said that the blower motor and the blower regulator have gone. Will these fit my vehicle? its a 1994 C280 BASE 2.8. It says they wont on eBay, but i feel as though they probably will. Also, what other cars from this era share this same type of part with my car? Thanks in advance!
