It seems to me that your scanner is only capable of reading OBD pids. Which are a waste of time for any serious diagnoses. You need A tool capable of reading proprietary protocol and data. Something like a launch. What country are u in? Maybe a nearby workshop can help u read the values
It looks like it can. I have the launch x431 and that works well.
Have u checked your overvoltage protection relay if all outputs are ok. And fuse 23. First restore power on black red wire to vvt solenoid
Then il have ti make an order for the new scanner ! Okay ill check the wis and ill find whats causing the problem ! And yes i checked the voltages at the Over load relay ! And its working fine ! Relays are alsoo working

russel do u have the wiring diagrams in the TB !! i wanna recheck if its rewired correctly !! i doubt it again !! because my loom didnt have nay other coating all were were in contact so multi meter readings are a doubt again !!
Your year model does not have k40. Look at lf fender next to Abs pump. There is a plug x26/25 look for plug B pin1 black red wire. That is power. I think it is wired to overvoltage relay . From fuse 23.
yes i saw that but where does it lead to !! the fuse box ? !!
i referred the Pe 07 51-p-2000-99k document in WIS as what i showed for my VIN number !! is this correct for my model !!
ohhh my wiring is the same !! thanks alot russell !! thank you for ur time !! and i went in dept about the cam solenoid connections
in the connector you said !! the pin 1 and 2 are the cam solenoid connections and this wires leads to the fuse box but not to the fuses but it connects to a socket which again goes inside the cabin along with the big harness
No mate. Look at pe07.51-u-2000-99wf
The diagram U looking at is for the later version.
Unless I am wrong? Do you have a module box? Ecu housed in a sealed plastic box with diagnostic plug inside? I think not.
no my ECU has the aluminium box !! which has screws !! and i checked my wis program shows only this document for my VIN !! and i did a document search and its no result found ! :/ duuhh !!
Wis is not like epc. U need to look at the as of and up to dates on the diagrams. Use the diagram I refer to. When I talk about a module box mean a black plastic sealed box with a lid on it. Under the lid u will find HFM ABS and the k40 relay module and the diagnostic socket. U don't have this version? K40 and module boxes were only for later c200 240 models Tec not c220
