I would appreciate if someone could tell me where the ETS Control Module in this car is. Also is there a fuse inside or outside which can disable the operation of this unit. Thanks

Not really. The problem is with car's dashboard where ETS and ABS lights are on all the time and all gauges ( speed, fuel, heat, rpm etc) show zero when driving. Once in a while when you start the car they start working and stay good while driving. Next time you start the car all gauges stay at zero. Car runs fine like nothing wrong. I don't know where to look to fix the problem. Will appreciate any suggestion or help.

Could be a loose bundle cable connection to the instrument cluster or a short between the connector and the fuse box. You will have to remove your instrument cluster to check this, but before you do this...
scan thru your obdI and II to see what saved codes come up. It being an intermittent issue tells me its wiring related.

I checked fuse #19 and 20, they were good. For that matter I checked all the fuses in fuse box, all were good. Then I checked the code if any and found one P0460 which points to Fuel level sensor A circuit. I decided to erase this code and see if it helps but I saw much bigger problem than expected. Now when I hook up OBDII analyser to the port, it displays no link established . This means the port is totally dead as if I have removed the power (Battery) for a long time and all the data lost inside the ECU. But I never removed the power. Battery is fully charged and car runs fine. This makes me think no signal is being received by the console and DTS connector from the control unit. I wonder if control unit is working or getting power or defective? BTW, the console lights up as usual so it is getting the power but no signal to the gauges. I am driving the car and hoping the link with the ECU will be established after 200 or more miles of driving. What should I do next to zero in to the problem. Thanks

I fixed the problem. I have to solder a 150 ohms resistor on the circuit board of instrument cluster to bypass the capacitor between two pins. Once done all gauges are working fine now. Thanks for the help I received on this forum.
