passenger power window stopped working

Any clues why?

My guess, is either bad switch or bad motor... or both... maybe bad switch and it burnt out the motor... gotta take it apart this weekend and put a voltmeter to it.

Forgot to mention the other 3 are working fine.

It sounds like you're on the right track. I hope it's the switch and not the motor.
Are the other three working fine?

I had the same problem on my 190D a little while back. The problem was a bad fuse. I dont remember how everything is connected with the W202s, but I might suggest checking the fuse (its cheap and easy to check yourself) and then move to the motor/switch. Ohh the other windows worked just fine, it was only the drivers side on the 190.

Thanks for the heads up (good to know). I'm sure it's just a matter of time before the rest of us run into this.

when you hit the button, do you hear a motor sound like it's trying to put it up?

I would check the fuse and then the relay if anything else is not working. I do not recall what else is living on that circuit.

It could be 1 of 3 things..
The motor,
The window regulator,
or the switch.

It is possible that the switch is faulty, I have seen it before.. all other windows work except one because of the faulty switch,
It can be a broken window regulator, but for this you would still hear the motor working inside the door,
and last but not least.. it can be the motor itself.

does the window work from the rear window switch?? if not its gonna be either the regulator or the motor.

ya gotta do some testing,
get the volt meter out!!

E300 TD W210. Yamaha fzs600 ,
I've got the same problem, rear right window not working, checked fuses as is related to n1 and n3 on mine (E300td w210. 1999) both checked ok . Doesn't work off either switch rear or front . I cannot hear the motor trying so I'm assuming that's the culprit although I don't know which colour wires on the wiring block to motor should be getting power so could do with some help there if poss
