hello, i just found out the w202 later models (with the smart key or whatever it is called) have a RF that lets you lock and unlock the car from distance. I thought it only worked pointing to the door (and the receiver on my drivers door isnt working, lol). my central lock buttom works fine and if i point both my keys to the passangers door it works too, but i cant do it from distance. i'm wondering if my car has a problem on the radio receiver. how can i check it? where is it located? can someone please help me? thanks!!

I’m not familiar with the 202 but on later models the RF depends on an antenae amplifier. It can get taken out during a window tint instalation. It has a fuse and there is also an alarm siren that dies and kills the fuse.

Do radio stations come in OK?
