Audio 10 update
It's pretty much useless for most CD players, as they only see and play the 1-st session. This one, however, plays all of them.

Eventually the post office will find it and Becker will fix it. If they do and my new Audio 10 works fine, does anyone want to buy an Audio 10 CD with a 90 day warranttee from Becker?

It's only $163 dollars with 7 hours to go. You have a good chance because most Germans are asleep during the next 7 hours.

I wouldn't have tried again but once you hear it, you can't go back to Alpine POS. The bass without Bose is much better than the stock radio with Bose.
i found one for $220... he has 309 feedback and will ship internationally. good deal? how much is shipping and wire transfer through c2it.com, roughly?
With the current exchange rate it will cost about $228 (no matter what ebay says the exchange rate, it's wrong), the shipping is was 28,44 Euros using the post office and C2IT charges $15. Some make you pay the E-Bay fee which is minor.
Also make sure it's the Audio 10 CD for the new C-Class and not the one for other MBs that's square. Here's a pic as a reference. If it works you won't regret it, it sounds great.
I decided to go the full aftermarket route after my in dash hu broke, so I have a one month old changer I will sell for 350$ plus shipping.
I've never had good luck with aftermarket radios. You listen to them at the Circuit ****ty and they sound great, put them in my car and they sound like crap. At least now you can get the correct bezel.

You'll need a #20 torx bit screwdriver and a long small bladed flat blade screwdriver. DON'T unplug the battery. Open the ashtray about halfway and shine a light (small flashlight) along the gap along the top of the ashtray door. You'll see 1 silver clip on each side holding the bottom of the center console cover in place. The clips are hinged in front and should be pulled down at their rear attachment point. Use the long thin flat bladed screwdriver for this. Now go up to the center air vents. Along the middle/left of each vent you'll see two small plastic pieces, one above the other separated by a vent slot or two. Rotate both vents so they point as high as possible. Use the thin screwdriver to carefully push the upper thin plastic clip to the right. This will allow the vent to rotate another 1/2" or so, creating a 1/4" gap along its bottom. Repeat on the other vent. Shine a light in the gap and you'll see a single torx bit screw on each bottom corner of the vent housing. Remove these (close the air vent with the thumbwheels to keep the screws from disappearing forever!). Now rotate the vents down. You'll need to push the lower plastic pins to the right to allow the vent to continue rotating down again creating a gap along the top of the vent and vent housing. There are two black plastic clips along the top corner of each side of the vent housing. You should pry down on each clip while pulling the vent housing out. You may have to go back and forth between each side as the clips have lots of "teeth" that will get hung up on the clip's attachment point. Once the vent is removed, the center console cover should come right off. You can unplug the wires going to the buttons on the console if you choose. I only unplugged a single connector along the top of mine which allowed me to twist the console cover and lay it flat on its face over the lower console. Remove two torx bit screws holding the radio/storage bin in place. Pull out the radio. The low storage bin will probably fall off. It will only stay in place with the radio installed. Unplug the old radio and plug in the new.
i'll post updates as it gets here, and pics of my install.
250 EUR is good considering you paid 235 EUR for the radio and shipping is going to be at least 25 euros. Let us know what the final price is you are charged by C2IT in US dollars including their fee. I bet it close to the $275 as I mentioned before.

I have received my Audio 10 radio last week from Germany, looks very nice but I haven't installed yet since I will only be receiving my 2003 C240 in mid July, I have noticed there is no Mercedes logo on it and was wondering why, is there a way to add one it.l
