Pics of my all weather floor mats that covers the dead pedal

As promised in an earlier thread, here are some pics on my driver side floor mat. (I know its a little dirty, so you don't need to point that out )

These are available in two colors - anthrazit and quarz

The partnumbers for complete sets (four mats) are:

Anthrazit: B6 668 0146
Quarz: B6 668 0147

Well it's tailor made for the W203 anyway. Got the clips to hold it in place and a small MB-star on it...

Yes! Him giving us part #'s wouldn't really help otherwise, now would it?

DTS - very, very nice! I'm assuming that yours are the anthracite? Any idea what quartz looks like?

Thanks for posting.

btw, dts, you should get the SL pedal covers...

DtS, where did you get those? I searched previous posts and couldn't find the info. Thanks!

i really like those, but why the carpeted heal area? that's the part of my mats that gets the dirtiest -- i like to be able to just soap&sponge it away.

Ok, here it goes. My car was actually delivered with these mats.

Speaking of part# - take it easy before you order them. There might be different part# for the coupé and sedan, and now when I think of it I'm not sure wich one I've listed. The part# was stamped under the mat, and the good thing is that there were part# for the sedan, wagon and coupé respectively. I will check this out in detail tomrrow and keep you updated. Also, the part# above is for a whole set. I will check if there are separate part# for each mat (in case you only like to get the front ones).

The mats are made in Sweden, and I actually don't know why they have choosen to put a "wool"-strip right in front of the pedal area.

My mats are in anthrazite color. Quartz is like a lighter version of Java, so I guess the Quartz mats would look good together with the Java interior.

And yes! I will get me a set of SL pedal covers!

I'll update you all tomorrow!

Couldn't let it wait 'til tommorrow . Here we go:

W203, S203
Anthrazit:
Complete set: B6 668 0123
Drivers mat only: B6 668 0124
Quarz
Complete set: B6 668 0130
Drivers mat only: B6 668 0133

CL203
Anthrazit
Complete set: B6 668 0146
Drivers mat only: B6 668 0124
Quarz
Complete set: B6 668 0147
Drivers mat only: B6 668 0133

Unfortunately I couldn't extract the part# for the front passenger side, so I guess the choises are limited to either a complete set or the drivers mat alone.

Dts, those do look good... the dead pedal covers higher in the footwell, there's a nice part to go under the accelerator pedal, the mats are wide enough to cover the entire width of the foot well, and they have the snaps to hold them in place.

At least we get the fancy dan cup holder here in the US...

Anybody going skiing in scandanavia anytime soon?

I think that we need to set up a group buy the next time that someone here makes a trip to Europe.

Do you think that a dealer here in NA can order that part from the EU?

It sounds like DTS has quickly replaced Young as the Floormat Guru. It's like when the current Miss USA gives the crown to the new bimbo.

I tried to do something similar without success, although not for a car part but a Mercedes DTM racing car T-shirt (part number B6 695 4724 if someone in Germany wants to be a pal and pick one up for me ). My guess is since they already have the other type of all-weather mat here, this one might not be in the NA computer system as a valid part number.

Cheers, BT

With tears in my eyes I accept the crown and promise that I will try to make this world a better place. I will from now on dedicate all my time to handicapped children and my dream is that it will be peace on earth. One more goal during my time as "mat-princess" is to try to help poeple all around the world to get their hands of a set of swedish all weather floor mats

Now if I could only find out what swedish company actually manufacturing those mats, maybe you could put an order directly from them. I promise I will investigate this further.

DTS, can you post a picture of the pattern on your cloth seats please. I see it's quite different than the pattern we get in the US.

Well, my car is a sedan, and the cloth pattern is totally different from what you find in the coupes. I'll be happy to post a pic of it later today.

Dts, to clarify he part number for the "complete set." Does complete set mean a set of four (fronts and rears) or just front two mats?

Did your car come with rear mats as well? Do they fit as well as the driver's mat?

I highly suspect that a complete kit includes all four mats. Given that the part# is the same for the drivers mat for both the coupé and the sedan and wagon, the only thing that might differ is the rear mats. Just a qualified guess from me... My car came equipped with the rear mats as well.

The fit of the rear mats are just as good as of the front ones.

...and finally one of the rear seat. The pattern in the cloth is part of the "Elegance"-line (wich is what get as standrad in US). The pattern for the "Classic" and "Avantgarde"-lines are different.

The photos are somewhat dark. But, from what I can see, the pattern is superior to that offered in the US.

Sorry for bad picture quality, but it was pouring down outside today. The pattern is in fact pretty discrete. Nothing that sting in your eyes so to speak...
