How to change fog light bulbs on 05' C230 SS?

Before anyone says anything I searched the forum and Google for an hour and found nothing.

Can someone help me figure out how to change fog light bulbs on an 05' C230 SS? I tried pulling and turning and everything I can think of but I cannot remove the fog light housing from the bumper. It won't budge. I know someone on here has upgraded their fog light bulbs, help me out.
thanks

You will have to put the front end up in the air and remove the front lower half of the splash shield and the center engine underpanneling. This is because the bulb attaches from the backside of the lamp.

However, it's not too bad, all you need are 8mm and 10mm sockets or drivers and a small screwdriver for a couple of plastic rivets. Not too bad.

Are you going with the Silverstar upgrade? I did on my car, and after had one side done I turned them on - what a difference!

Man, that does sound like a pain. I was actually out yesterday looking to pick up some silverstars for the fogs but I couldn't figure out how to get them out. I have the silverstars for hi, low, and blinkers but just ordered some stealth bulbs to replace them. I put in the PIAA super white parking lights which also made a big difference to the appearence.

cool, I don't think anyone around here has PIAA bulbs, I've checked AutoZone, Pep Boys, Advance Auto Parts, can't find them. Guess I'll have to order them.

It's not too much of a pain. The major time consumer is getting the car up in the air, after that it's downhill.

Let us know what you think afterwards!

Fog Lights?

How do you know if your fog lights are even ON? Is there a switch? I always leave the light switch to the "O" position and in the guage cluster I have a "green" light symbol that is always on. I assume this indicates that the Day Time Running Lights are on.
