it will fit lengthwise. The diameter of the piping is different, a little larger on the C32 exhaust. if you don't care about long-term effects go for it. Some people on these forums have done it on their C230K, by fitting the piping right over the stock pipes. They don't report any problems, but they probably don't know any better. All it will do is probably cause back-flow problems down the line, losing a few HP. But I guess some people don't really care, and just want the "looks". Go for it !!!

that's likely to be the case, since if upsized correctly, there is no change to the tire's OD. w/a smaller wheel, having more sidewall kinda 'hides' the gap. when you go bigger, and the sidewall is visually equal to, or less than, the tire/fender gap, then it just looks silly.
