If you post a pic of the car and the wheel you want I can photoshop it and give you a decent idea of it. Car pic should be from the side, sort of belt-high, and the wheel should be from straight on. I do this with mine from time to time to see if there's a look I like a whole lot better.

Right now I have the monoblock VI in 8+17' all arround with 225 tires. Brabus say that you can put 225 in front and 245 at rear, but don't know if this has to work very good because the with of the rim is allways the same.
I was thinking in put 8.5*18' and 9.5*18' so I can put 225 in front and 245 in rear. I know the desing is OK, but wanted to see real pics; someone has to have a coupe with monoblock 18....
Here in Spain lots of people has suggested me to not upgrade to 18 since I will have a worst mileage, worst confort, and worst handling. What do you think?
Best Regards.

You have less gas milage but not by much if you do a lot of stop and go traffic since the wheels are heavier.
Your steering wheel would be a bit heavier to turn since the wheels are wider and you feel the road since the tires profile are slimmer.
Your handling will be a lot better and more responsive since the wheels are wider.
The look...OMG, they will change the look of your car drastically.....good luck.
