Not in the US, I haven't. In Germany, yeah. They're nice; I wish I could have it over here, but there's always CST (see Tommy's smurf-blue/silver custom leather interior - tempting...).

I wonder what the reasoning is to not get designo editions C's to the US?

From what I know, you can get designo stuff in the US, it just takes lots o' time and lots o' money. I'm talking about serious money, so much so that it's totally out of line. As Columbus said, it would probably be cheaper to do your own designo-ish combo in the aftermarket.

actually designo isn't cheap. i know nobody said it was but someone will.

Deisigno for the C-class in far from being a cost effective opton. I can't imagine that it would add much to the resale value.

the car in that pic has the coupe's curvey hood over the gauges but a sedan steering wheel (with four spokes) weird

what is the stereo? it isn't the audio 10, and sure isn't the cassete. i wonder if that will be the cd player for 03?

That looks like it might be the Becker Audio 30 APS. Contrary to popular opinion, the Alpine cassette player in our cars is not an Audio 30. The Alpine cassette is, however, what purchasers of 2003's will still be stuck with in the US.

There is a four spoke steering wheel in that designo interior,not too sure what that tells us,as far as the bunched leather effect on the door panels is concerned,thats what designo panels look like on the coupe.
