You would be getting a T6061 billet crankshaft pulley that is the maximum diameter that fits and is similar in size to other pulley kits. You must supply your own serpentine belt. The belt is a standard item that should be in stock at any decent auto supply place and should cost no more than $20. This only has been tested on the 2002 C230 Coupe although it may work in a C200 or 2001+ SLK230. It will not work on older C230 sedans or the pre-2000 SLK230.

Brandon has a dyno on this forum for a very similar configuration and he got about 200 whp. I haven't done a dyno yet but if someone volunteers me local dyno time I would be happy to have my car tested.

Don't know, the worst case it may go up another $50-100. You can order it from oversees, just send an e-mail to Lee at asp@aspracing.com. It takes a few weeks to get the pulley because it's made to order so you may want to ask him what's a good time to order and get it when you arrive home.

are u going to put one of these pullys on your car, if so will u be taking it to a track so u will get a 1/4 mile time?

i am only asking you because i know u have an auto and i would like to know if u feel a differece.

before i get the pulley i am going to do a dyno. I will also do one after too. the track is around 2 hours from house and they only race every other weekend but yes i will get it track tested. I will let you know the difference with a real dyno graph, and a butt duno.

Did you bother to see if the pulley needs to be harmonically balanced? When I used to build my own engines I had them balanced and the pulley was part of the balance chain. Anyone given any thought to this?
