W203 dark interior vs light interior?

W203 dark interior vs light interior?
My car is black opal with ash interior...... i get so many complements about that color combo. The contrast is amazing. Keeping it clean is a bit of a pain, but not as bad as I thought just passed a wet damp cloth around the seats and trim and a good amount of dirt came off.
Dark interior looks sleek, sportier, and is easier to keep clean, but I personally like the richer looking lighter interior. just saw my girlfriend driving my car from another car and the interior with the blue tint looks great from the outside!
I would still have picked this color or mars red with the same interior--thats hot too
What do you guys think? are you happy with your interior?
P.S. Would a benz sign embroidered on the back rests look tacky?

you let a female drive your car????? wtf were u thinking?
if you got the black interior all you gotta do is tint your windows, put up the rear sunshade then tilt the sun roof open during the day and it's fine, doesn't get hot at all and when you get in it just aim the remote at the door and hold the unlock button to open all the windows and it gets cool fast.

not proven, but felt like black dissapates (sp?) heat faster than ash. my car vs my sis's CLK with ash in hot summer. seems like the seats in my car gets cooler faster than those ash seats in the clk.

I think MB knows that the ash interior is more prone to getting dirty and stained, and simply don't want to deal with it.
My parents love it, and the ash color interior is perfect for them. They're not running around with milkshakes, pets, kids, parking in the hot sun, too often anyway.

ash interior is not hard to keep clean. the material in the car is real easy to clean, once amonth i use leather cleaner on it and every thing comes out looking new. only when i wear dark pants for a while, like black, blue, navy, dark green will the seats look dirty more often and i have armorall leather wipes i just give it a sprucing up.
