209DVD comand in 203

...for those who keep questioning wether the W209 DVD comands fits in a W203:

as you can see - the 209 DVD comands does not really fit the W203...the gaps on both sides of the comand are too big and none of the 4 screws line up...so...no matter what 209 DVD comand sellers tell you, it doesn't fit.

Thank you Steve.

I still can't believe people buy things on eBay for their W203's without knowing whether or not it will even fit, and in some cases whether or not it will even work !!
(MOST vs DB2 issues)

...as long as you get the authorised woodpanel from the mercedes dealer - one can fit any comand into any car...even comand 3.5...
sellers on ebay tell you whatever you want to hear in order to get rid of their stuff...

Thanks for the correct information Steve. Your contribution to the forum, and the reasonable prices you charge for modifications done right is outstanding.
