That's a sweet looking Audio 10. What kind of car are you putting it in? It won't fit the W203 cars.

The manuals are generic. The picture in the manual is obviously for the cassette radio. My Audio 10 manual covers various types of radios. Here's the pic, if it doesn't look like this then it won't fit a W203.

Anybody have problems in the US getting all their AM stations with the Audio 10? Come on... fess up...

they might always make a different mount kit for the 2003 coupe... assuming the rumours are correct and in-dash cd is included. that might make this "audio 10" fit.

I can get all the AM stations that I know about but they have a one at the end. I can get the 2 news stations and radio disney. Sounds the same as before.

So, just to clarify, KMOX-AM in St. Louis, 1120 on the AM dial would show up on the display as 11201? WLS-AM in Chicago (890 AM) shows up as 8901, etc? I supposed you can get used to that.

So, it doesn't affect the ability to receive the station, just how it is displayed Right?

No, I get Radio Disney at 711 (was 710), KNX1070 is 1071. I can't say you'll get all stations but the ones I know about in L.A. come in fine. I also get some SW radio stations that I could never get before. On LW all I get is noise.

looks like theres no phone integration with that model...I don't see the numeric keypad.

That's not true, you can integrate with the european GSM phone option. So if you make a wrong turn and end up in France you will be able to make phone calls from your car. But seriously the Audio 10 will not work with the US phone.

1) I think that is an Audio 5 CD - I seem to remember the Audio-5 has no fibre optic interface (so cant use it with Digital Bose, phone, teleaid, 6CD changer etc)

2) The Audio 10, Audio-30-APS dont have keypads but do integrate with phones - you just have to use the phone keypad to dial. In the case of the AUdio-30-APS it can then make navigation calls via the phone (in Germany) to get up-to-date traffic problem information - This is called TCS.

3) Are you sure the US phones wont integrate with EU units ??? The software layer interface on the D2B level is meant to be the same for <whatever> kind of phone is connected to the D2B fibre optic ring.
