Coupe suspension bulletin
There a a sway bar connector "fix" that my dealer did to the car and it took away the noise in the front end. Its a very new bulletin. It replaces the sway bar connector with ones of different material and different strength.

I am starting to notice this noise too. It happens mostly when I pull into my driveway. Do you happen to have the TSB campaign number on the invoice you got when you had this work performed. If yes, can you post it here. My dealer would surely lube or say "No Abnormal Noise heard" before checking for any open campaigns as they should, so it would be save me an "extra" trip If I could give them a number up front to work with. Thanks.

I havent been back to get it fixed yet, I test drove a car that had already had the "fix" done to it. The new parts arent in yet. I will post the TSB # when I get it

Thanks again! Of course I am strongly considering the Kleeman Sway Bars which would probably supercede any uprated parts the dealer installs on this TSB. I am assuming that this TSB replaces the clamshell and/or the Bushings where the bar attaches to the sub-frame. In any good swaybar kit, these are included. In the pics of the Kleeman Kit it looks like the bushings are Polyurethane versus hard rubber for the stock setup. If your TSB simply replaces the bushings, and one is considering an aftermarket swaybar kit, they can save the trouble of getting the TSB work done.

Suspension Noise
There was another thread which had a lot more information about the suspension noise. Unfortunately I can't find it. I would like to print out the issues and fix that others have experienced as I am also having this problem. I want to take the print-out to the dealer. I was to have this fixed this moring and unfortunately it was cool and therefore no noise. I now have to bring it back when it is making the noise. What a pain.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
