THats it? got my 2002 c320 in 02 and im at 126,000 motor is still very powerful and riding smooth, feels like it has only 70k, but have to jump start it every morning! HELP! if you already havent seen my posts about my power problem! btw thats with no maintenance only oil change every 5-8k miles

i have 98K currently on my 2003, did plugs at 50k, tranny and brake flush at 50k will do all this again soon. Other than that oil changes, filter replacements, few things that the dealer replaced under warranty... nothing major. Went through a few sets of pads/rotors/tires regular stuff. Planning on replacing pads with akebono soon!

Sorry to hijack this thread but im having the knocking sound from my front end, i can only hear when its driven for 5 miles or longer, i never hear it before that. Im tired of guessing and replacing parts and the problem still presists. What exactly is the problem? If its the bushings, which one?

TIA, i need answers.

Back to topic, im at 90k. All i can say is the engine is all gooood.

bushings i almost guarantee it. front sway bar cost me 526.98 at dealer worst decision ever to have them do it. for me do it yourself for parts which is a lot cheaper. they did replace torsion rods but still parts were 184.03 the rest was labor.

38,000 on a 2001 C240 bought new. Replaced the stepper motor for heat and a front SAM because the starter would not get the signal from the ignition switch to start the car. No major problems yet. I plan to flush the tranny , get new brake pads and new tires for the car for the 1st time next year in 2010. After 9 years I think I should replace them.
