smallest BMW engine in their car is the 1.6 liter in-line four cyclinder.

Here is a photo of a 1933 BMW 303 with the 1.2l M78 engine. 30 breath taking HP!
It is the first BMW to use the trademark dual "kidney" grill. Drives a bit like a John Deere lawn tractor, except slower.
