Yes, orion blue is cool, BUT the pin strips are not (as mentioned). Regardless, congrats on your new ride. If you do anything new to your car, keep your thread updated.

Interesting the varied opinions .

Upon delivery a small piece of the passenger side pinstripe was chipped. The dealer replaced it. I wanted perfect pinstripes.

Any particular reason why they are undesirable?

because they look tacky on new MBZ and none of the tuner for MB has pin stripes. BMW looks good with ACS, Alpina pinstripes, but MB don't.

Well, I wouldn't put a vinyl roof on one of these cars, but I personally see nothing wrong with the pin stripes. I just hope MB didn't soak you $800 for them.

The color is nice...The pinstripe might look ok without the lower chrome trim but I think it's too much with both..

Whatever there's gas in...
I see so much potential..Sweet car I love the color, but the pinstripes (IMO) are a little..Ford Taurus type. Get some rims!

ditch the pinstripes, our car has already too much chrome trims and crease lines on the body.
