the shade and pano roof are all one piece. when you replace the shade, you replace the entire pano roof from what a tech explained to me.

this last weekend when my headliner was down to install the IMS it looks like it is one unit. glass, shades, etc.

Thanks CitronC230K_03....I see how you can pull out the glass off the roof, but there has to be a way to order just the curtain assembly. Any suggestion as to replace it with another fabric ?

I don't think this is true. I have had my shade replaced 3 times and the glass has never been replaced.

Won't work man, the shade in a coupe is a motorized roller blind.

the shade roll back. when thy are closed there is still a gap between the shades and the pano roof glass. i dont understand how this will help the saggiing shade curtain.

i think you are referring to the headliner sagging, not the pano roof shades.

the fabric on the shade is sagging... correct? That's my interpretation..... that's why i figured a little bit of superglue would tap it back into the shade panel that the fabric is attached to. I must have misunderstood

I don't remember the interior of the coupe doug ..... I remember the pano roof as being glass and "open," which is why I liked it so much. Can someone post a pic, just for my curiosity?
Thanks

You should be able to get it replaced, but it will cost you if you are out of warranty. When mine was replaced I spied the price sheet and it was around $1000 for the job. Thankfully I was under warranty.

Thats good. I have 32k. Only the panoroof had to be fixed, other than that, nothing(knock on burlwood)

I hope you can get it fixed right for cheap. Good luck.
