Burning Bag

I got a bag stuck somewhere and its burning and smelling real bad!

I tried to avoid it, but after passing the bag, looking at the rearview, there was no bag and I said...."ohhh fu*k"

anyway how ta get rid of this bag? it happened to my brothers 230k before, he left it there and he said 2 weeks later, no smell.

Didn't this happen to another member? Or was it a rug or carpet that time?

yea, once the bag has melted it's a tough job removing it.. I say just tough it out until it's gone. 2 weeks should do it.

wow, this has never happened to me in my life until a few months ago with my C230k as well. that's strange. i ripped the bag off and left what was stuck until it burnt off. 2 weeks that was mentioned sounds about right.

worst is road kill....and not any other road kill....but Killing a SKUNK...i switched car with my sister that day cuz she asked me to take her car in for service...and just so happened, my sister was still driving in our neighborhood when she strucked a skunk... no matter how hard i tried airing the car or washing it...the smell wouldn't go away ....its gone now...but it wasn't easy to have to drive the car and smelling the stink...

Let the exhuast get hot, then come back while its still hot and still running and wipe it off with a rag. It comes off like butta! Had this problem with my dads car, but at least those were side pipes and we didnt have to go under the car.

yeah bro, i hate carwashes. i wash my car in the fall, summer and spring. winter time, i have a guy that picks up my car at work, hand washes it and drops it back off. his place is about a mile from my office. it's either $14 for the carwash and a $5 tip, or $25 for a nice hand wash
