I only have access to a camera at work, and we close early on weekends so it's not even dark out yet. But, on Monday I'll snap some night time pics of the license plate bulbs and reverse bulbs too if the e-brake will hold the car from rolling in reverse.

oh, I'm not planning on putting in the reverse bulbs. I'd rather keep the stockers and especially if you can see the blue through them. to me there's no point in changing it up b/c it's not like you use your reverse lights all the time and if it's going to lower visibility, then it's not worth it.

so Drex, Jose, Frank, Mike, next time I see one of you guys, if you want the reverse lights that will come with this, they're yours.

Hey guys, I bought the exact bulbs for the 2001-2007 W203 from that exact seller (biospeedster) and I got bulbs for the license plate that were too short...when I asked for a refund he gave me a bunch of hoo-ey about how everyone else's worked (and I guess that is true; seeing your reviews here)...so decided to just keep 'em somewhere in the garage...sending them back ain't worth the trouble n small amount I get back...agh. Wish I got lucky like nlpamg.

I'm sorry, but I don't think I was clear enough when I wrote my previous post...the lights have blue coating but they're definitely hyper white and much brighter than stock

Are you sure you can't get them to work? How much shorter are they, can you bend the metal parts slightly for it to catch, I don't remember if I had to do that or not cuz when I first looked at the bulbs, if i remember correctly they appeared short...did you try to put them in at all?

yeah u can definitely see the blue shade of the bulb when u walk around the car, because the s-class tails have a lot more clear horizontal slits for you to see inside the assembly, but it looks pretty cool...not too bad...its the amber turn signal bulbs that look bad...eventually, i might spring for stealth bulbs for the front and rear turn signals

For my front signal bulbs I went with hyper white "chrome domes" from autolumination....they're pretty sweet and have a small hint of blue when flashing, just what I was aiming for i think...I'm on edge about maybe getting stealths for the rear and reverse bulbs, however if I was going to get the same ones as the front, I don't think they will be as bright as the ones from biospeedster

I don't think they make stealth bulbs that light up white, I may be wrong though. Cuz that kinda defeats the whole purpose. Stealth bulbs are meant to remove the ugly amber reflection inside lamp units, but stock bulbs that light up white are already clear.

Not necessarily. If someone doesn't want the blue tint of a bulb showing, Stealth bulbs that light up white would be very useful.

Good point. I don't think the stealth ones would light up as bright white though.

Hey Luxury, it basically comes down to whether you'd rather have the blue tinted bulb that lights up brighter or a stealth bulb that doesn't light up as bright.

Personally, if it's just reverse, I'd get a stealth bulb.

Well, the chrome dome hyper white bulbs i got for my front blinkers still reflect on a highway sign just as much as the ambers did, and...they seem to match my city lights pretty good w/ that light blue tint when blinking, so I'm satisfied..I'll wait to see how the bulbs look in my led tails when they get here, they should be here before next week...i hope cuz I'm not patient
