C230 Coupe
Metra Kit
I was wondering if anyone here who ordered the Metra Dual Din Kit for the C230 K is not using the Pocket part which goes in the bottom DIN, I wasn't using mine but now I need it and lost mine. If someone could sell me it if they are not using it, it would help me out a lot.

Metra is a company who has made an aftermarket bracket (adapter) for ppl who want to install aftermarket headunits. DIN is the terminology ppl used to describe the size of the deck, single DIN means single deck, double DIN means double deck.
QC1:
My Metra Kit did not come with a "pocket". It only comes with a bracket and a face plate to cover up the bottom DIN. I have to order a ML pocket, dremel it a bit and put it under the headunit. Maybe there are Metra Kit with pockets included and there are Metra Kit without pockets! (I dont know)

By the way folks, DIN stands for "Deutsche Industrinorm," which essentially means an industrial specification that has been set/standardized by the standards-setting organization for Germany. Therefore, there can be any number of things described as being "DIN."
