I think there are two (2) retangular plugs behind the grab handle.
Take a small and thin flat screw driver to pull it out.
Be carefull and not distore the plug.
One it is out about 1/4" inch, you can pull it out by hand. The plug looks like the leter T. Then you can remove the handde at this time.
There is no fastenners behind it

Alright, here are the pictures of the oh sh#@t handle and the ceiling mount. From these pictures I bet you will be able to come up with a way to remove them. Then again it's not rocket science - I just pulled really hard. This handle is located on the passenger's side back seat.
