C230 Cupe Improvements .... Need advice

Hey guys, I need some advice on several ideas of mine.
Info: I have a 2004 C230 Kompressor Coupe Stock and I am planning the following upgrades which I hope to receive advice on.

(Data on car: CL W203, 2004 C230 Coupe, 1.8L Kompressor 4Zy., Ext: Silver, Inter: Black Leather)

1st: Exhaust: Can anybody give me a good exhaust system which gives my car a sporty exhaust note to its engine sound? Max Spending $800
Is “Supersprint Exhausts” any good?

2nd: Window Tint: I heard from my dealer, that window tint can cause corrosion in the hatch. According to dealer, getting the windows tinted in a certain way, will cause the car to open up to moisture in the back of the hatch. Since moisture runs down the hatch when lifted, it runs inside the antenna compartment and causes corrosion after a while = $2000 damage.
Any suggestions on safe tinting? Other things I need to watch out for?
What intensity should im go by? 20?

3rd: Performance Tuning: I thought about a good Performance/Price Upgrade, which gives me the most bang for my buck. “Upsolute” Chip Tuning seems to offer a great deal, with improved gas mileage. I have found old reviews on their services in this forum, but not any recent one’s. The say their upgrade, gives you 39hp gain with only a $420 price tag + annual insurance.

4th: Other visual improvements worth looking at. I’m open to suggestions Hit me ……

Thanks guys in advance for useful help.

Supersprint is a good exhaust. Eisenman is also good ($950). Be careful of the tip you put on so that it looks good.

I have 20% all around. I have never heard of the "corrosion" before so I really wouldnt worry. I am 20 also, 20% is nice.

I have a 2006 (V6) so I am not very good with the I4 engine. I have heard of people getting headers and pulleys for inexpensive and having amazing HP increases.

Some other stuff: May want to upgrade/paint the grille, wheels are always a plus, bodykits, etc.
