it's cool... can't wait to see the exhaust...

but no offense man, I wouldn't put all those badges and stickers on right now. IMHO, you really don't have anything Carlsson on your car yet and it would look really cluttered and poser-ish if you did have all those badges. wait until you get the body-kit and or wheels at least.

good luck!

Yeah...what they said about the "Carlsson Badges", I don't see what is Carlsson about the car besides the badges. I would wait on those badges after you put some "Carlsson Parts" on it first. Otherwise...... you know its going to be "rice".

I like to see the muffler installation.....keep us updated~

thats a lot of carlsson badging. im not feeling the one on the engine cover. you're not going to put the remus sticker on because its a magnaflow exhaust right? i guess its okay to have the amg pedals.....should have just went all carlsson. i see center caps, but how about the wheels? i dont think it is necessary to put the other two carlsson badges (the ones under the remus stickers in the pic) otherwise i think it would be too much.

do you have anything AMG, Remus or Carlsson on your car? skip the badging...those are meant to represent some significant change you've made to you car by a product from one of those companies...which you havent. ...you don't want do you?

stuff are neat, but don't stick'em all on your car. That plate on teh engine cover looks nice. I would actually like that for my interior, but I'm just not comfortable buying from ebay and no supplier of mine deals with much replica badges.

No badges unless you are sporting the gear... even then Im not into those things. I like no badges at all. I dont need to tell you what I got. I let the car speak for itself when it leaves you behind.

My wife just got the same car same color.

Let us know how the muffler sounds!

Ha, yeh a lot of badges! We don't need no stinking badges!
After putting AMG sways, brakes, ASP Pulley, and Yogtland springs, I was
tempted to put an AMG badge on my 2002 coupe.
I mean, if AMG did offer a 2.3L coupe, thats about what they would've upgraded. Suspension, brakes, engine.

I bought a badge on ebay, but couldn't bring myself to put it on the car.
I did however simply remove the Zero from C230, make it a C23.

The brakes have the nice AMG emblem on the side.
I'll leave it at that. AMG wheels would be nice too, but C7's are good enough to not justify spending 3 grand on wheels and tires.
Although I'm really liking the wheels in Phil's sig! Nice.
What are they? PM me on that please.

Lastly, very curious to hear what the magnaflow ends up sounding like.
Been looking at mufflers lately.
Coupe doesn't have much room, and I was looking at a 11"
magnaflow until someone wrote that it was intolerably noisy.

I may get a little grief from the muffler guy who went and picked it for me today, but worst case I pay him for the muffler, 100 bucks.
But doubt I'll have to do that.
Better than 300 for something I hate.
Looks like a remus muffler would cost about 250-300 plus install, so
I think I'd rather try for that, but unsuccessful at finding exactly which one I need! Anyone know?

As much as I crave a meatier exhaust note, I don't really care to be heard from a mile away.
Coupe is offset/offset so again, muffler shown wouldn't work on a (2002) coupe.
