How Fast Have You Taken Your W203?

Someone could argue, depending on what country you are in and what road conditions prevail, driving 135mph and driving any kind of car or motorcycle is a death trap.
But to say that the C-Class is a death trap at 135 and a 2003 E500 is not a death trap (at similar speed) is flat-out untrue. The W203 C-Class handles itself quite nicely at high speeds, especially with the Michelin Pilot Primacy tires.

The fastest i've taken my C-350 was 85/90....
I did top my 2006 YZF-R1 out at 186mph before i sold it .... I lost my common sense everytime i got on that thing.

Car : 2005 stock C230K
Just overhauled the gearbox last month.
Country : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
I managed 143.56 mph (231 km/h).
I was busy trying to snap pics of my instrument cluster with my camera phone and trying to hold the steering wheels steady, didn't know how fast i was going until i saw the speed at 231km/h
Before i have chance to push further, I have to slow it down with some traffic ahead.

My Maximum Speed: 245km/h (153mph)
Comments: Firm ride on straight. Would have liked broader tires than the 205x16's. Next time, I'll do this with Kleemann's SC and different wheels.

High Speed
I had just got my 2005 C230 back from dealer and they had my ride for a week, just installed new Engine computer and wire harness, new pully and belt. So I wanted to test my ride. On the freeway late at night I got to 128 MPH easy, could have gone faster but was coming up on traffic, felt perfect, solid, and strong. I wanted to tell the new engine computer not to be a *****
. Hope it worked, two weeks later no check engine light.

You want to talk about scared *****LESS?
Imagine this guy http://www.europeancarweb.com/events...3rd_place.html who is a legendary street racer (Wicked Motor Sports - Mike Simply - Sherman Oaks) and he is your cousins husband. You are in his Audi S4 and all of a sudden this WRX pulls next to you and the driver mashes on the gas on the 5 north with traffic and swerving inches away from cars (racing in traffic).
Scenarios like this is where you confess your sins and have time to connect with your inner self.
That's when I almost S*(T my pants but hell ya ZR-1 going that fast no doubt it's tunnel vision. Probably feels good.

235 Km/h = 146 miles per hour at coast indicated & probably optimistic.

Late at night driving through VA at 90 when I passed a speed trap so I decided to take off praying the next ext would come sooner than later when I saw his lights turn on in the rearview some 1000 yds back!
