Thanks guys. I might drop it might not. Most likely wont due to speed bumps going downtown phoenix, plus I will most likely move back east to Boston.

As for the tails, they arent finished yet. I still might wet sand 2000 grit and high polish it to get the perfect factory shine.

That logo is just my personal logo. The SS (sport sedan) is on the right.

I badged kompressor on the left and right fenders. The best way to line it up (its not that hard, but its not simple)

Take a piece of printer paper fold it into thirds 1/3.

Take the paper line it up with the side molding (now of course you can do it your own way..this is just my DIY)

Get the kompressor from somewhere like EBAY. They are very high quality.

Reline the lettes however you want them spaced (they come on a non stick paper). Make sure both sides are spaced the same by comparing one on top of the other.

Then place a piece of clear tape over the letters and remove them from the non stick paper.

line the bottom of the kompressor (taped letters) up with the top of the white printer paper. Place accordingly. (TAKE YOUR TIME --- this is crucial to get the letters correct)

-------

As for the chrome. I wasnt originally going to go with chrome BUT, its just the right mix of chrome on teh car.. not TOO MUCH, but not too little. its clean. (much better in person) Ive never gotten so many people coming up to me. (gas stations, parking lots etc) Feels good to do the mods yourself.

The wheels are actually custom Spezias from Gianelle. (the bolt pattern has been modified as well as the back wheels REAR spacers are 3mm custom. ) (hubcentric...not cheap though) The lip is really nice.

--------

I do have my brabus Reps for sale. But they wont fit our 05 or 06 amg kit cars. The offset is 35 on front and rears but because our brakes are so large the offset still wont work even with 10 mm spacers. (weird huh? well dont get your brabus reps from modular or highline wheels) I do have the say that are EXCELLENT, just didnt fit. They would fit other types of mercedes though. They are 19x8.5 19x9.5 35 offset all around. (i know some of you have fit brabus reps on them with the same offsets. I dont know why but these will not fit. it hits the calipers)

ill be back in a few.

Nice and clean car, but what's with all the crazy angled pics? I get dizzy just trying to look at it. Blue bulbs = rice! Weird badging...not my taste. Otherwise, great looking rims and clean as heck!

Thanks for the opinions and compliments.

what do you guys think would be the safest (most reliable) components for a drop?

After dropping do you think I can still SAFELY without hitting anything go over speed bumps. I want only a moderate drop if any.

I previously researched eibach pro kits for my previous car. (not this one)

Any help would be great. Thanks again for viewing

I would recommend the same thing. That's what I've got - gives a nice, safe drop (I'm in Joisey, so I'm well aware of not being able to totally slam the car).

Or you could always do Tein co's - can drop it pretty low there, then bring it back up for Bahston streets when you move back. Adjustable dampening would be recommended - pricing -- eiback pro kit w/shocks $800 - Teins w/adj. dampening - $1400; 2-400 for installation; would probably need alignment after installing co's, though.

Looks very clean. I like the kompressor badging you did on the side. This was something I was thinking of a while back, but decided against it just cuz I didn't want people thinking I had a 32 trying to be a "sleeper" w/ the normal pre-'05 SS kit...LOL.

Either way, your car looks nice. If you want to consider just springs and just a slight drop, you also might want to consider the TEIN S-tech springs. Reason I say that is they based the design of the S-tech springs off my 2004.5 230 sport springs. A lot of the other companies designed their springs based on 240/320 specs (prior to the 230's becoming available).

I definitely recommend lowering that thing. Chrome is not my style, but then again I bought my car with chromed C7 wheels from the dealer and thought it was cool for a while. What year is your car? You should update your profile with location and vehicle information. Keep modding!

Tein. Nice thought. I need to check those out. I definitely want to keep the shocks and struts etc stock. Im not looking to race.

Thanks again for the compliments and opinions.

the badging was not as easy as some make it out to be. (only because im an extreme perfectionists. (its bad and good lol) )

Blake. I will update my pro soon. (im kinda lazy right now. Studying for my licensings series 7 etc. YAWN)

Cars always look better in person. Ive seen so many cars in pics where I was like hmmm thats OK but not great..then I see them at the shows like..hmmm BIG difference.

btw. I love this car. lol

im not a fan either of chrome. the badging is "unique", but honestly not feeling it.

i would recommend debadging the car completely. you can keep the wheels, but just lower the car. otherwise a final touch would be getting a flat hood emblem or just keeping it the way it is.
