I got them from autoblz.com and paid 135.00 shipping and all.The install was not bad you have to tap into each door pin then one constant positive lead. The only thing I did not like was the doubled sided tape they use was not good so I got some 3m and it adhered so much better.

No it’s not lowered yet. I would like to lower the front but not the rear so not sure if ill spend the cash for coilovers or not

Here is some more pics of the wheels:

$135's not bad; how hard was it to tap into each door pin and what was your total time in doing the mod?

Thanks

It took me no more than an hour and a half. All the door pin wires are easy to get too by tracing the wires from the pins. I removed the back seat lower and two bolts on the top to allow better access to the back pins. I also lined the metal the weather-strip attaches too with electrical tap to insure that the wires would not get cut and lined the backside of the sills later with electrical tap to stop light leak through because they are so bright.

They came with plenty of wire and the plugs for each sill, but I bought quick connect clips (5 total) to tap into each of the wires. And I also used different double-sided tap and electrical tape. So no more than 10 bucks in extra stuff. They do not use transformers like I have seen in other types and I have yet to put a fuse link in which I plan to do just to be safe.

The wire taps look like this:

did the install look similar to this: http://www.bensbenz.com/guides/sill/w203sill.htm

how was it getting all the plastic back together? is this definitely a DIY project?

looks great, and the rims are sweet too!

i installed the sills from jerry (formymercedes.com) this weekend and they look great. while driving last night i noticed the "door open" dash warning for the rear left door come on. while parked and alarm armed, the alarm goes off for no reason. i'm thinking the door switch tripped making the car think the door was opened when its still closed.

is the door light pin switch the only sensor that works the dome light and door open sensor or is there another trigger switch along the door?

on an installation note, since the brown/blue wire wasnt found down near the sill on the rear left side, it was tap spliced up near the door pin and extra wire was used to lengthen for the sill.

i've read some people went through the fuse box but the directions from jerry did not mention so.

if anyone has heard of this alarm issue, please advise.
