Neck Pro works! pics!!!
Got rear ended by a Toyota Landcruiser 2 days ago.
Neck Pro worked and I have no whiplash nor any head/neck/shoulder strains!
He must have hit me at around 5 -10mph, cause it felt quite strong that with even seeing him coming in my rearview mirror and getting ready I still got my upper body pushed forward from the back of the seat. As I was pushed forward the Neck Pro activated so that when my head was starting to come back it met with the headrests which were deployed forwards and upwards. Quite an interesting sensation and very useful! My car also got pushed into the one in front but no damage to my front bumper but a bit of paint from the bumper of the car in front on mine which I polished off later.

Thank you all for the well being wishes! The Neck Pro feature just needs to be reset at you local MB dealer. There is a metal type tool that the instruction manual says you can use to reset it yourself but I couldn't figure out how to do it so I just took the car in.
The Neck Pro is a very good feature! saved me any possible neck pains. Plus the C-class rear bumper is tough, I really expected a lot more damage from the force I felt and the noise I heard. I thought at least an indenation would remain but nothing, which is good! He however, cracked one of his fog lights mounted on his bull bar! I was lucky both our cars were lined up otherwise that bull bar might have cause a lot more damage.

Mine is Euro spec so I can't say if it's standard though it is standard on the Euro spec so I pressume it also is worldwide. Check in your vehicle's instruction manual. If it is on your car it should be mentioned in there.

I got rear ended by a Grand Cherokee on the Belt PKWY in Brooklyn at about the same speed, that bumper is pretty damned tough, all I have to show for that whole thing is a little dent in the chrome molding strip.

I got rear ended by a motorcycle...he hit me really hard and all i got was some scrach, which was removed by some rubbing compount hours later at the dealer. Our rear bumper is damn tough!
