First of all, what is considered a rough idle? Sometimes, the car seems to vibrate a bit excessively when the car is idling in front of a red traffic light? Does this constitute as rough idling?
Secondly, is it possible to inspect these engine mounts yourself with a flashlight under the hood? Or do they need to check under the car at the dealership?
