people tend to install the lights TOO LOW so that they have to adjust the lightbeams TOO HIGH which causes the adjustment rod that is attached to the adjustment motor inside the headlight TO POP OUT (as can be seen on the pictures above)...
make sure that that rod sits properly inside the motor - pull the reflector gently to the rear while adjusting the light LOWER again so that that rod will go back into the levelling motor (as I mailed you before Mike)
When installing the lights one has to make sure that the bottom outside of the headlight is NOT pushed in all the way BACK before TIGHTENING it because that will make the lightpattern POINT DOWN and that will result in having to adjust the lightpatter TOO HIGH and thus the adjustment rod to pop out of th elevelling motor.

Here's the deal, guys. I just spoke with TEIN. The reason they are doing the 320 over is because they want to establish weight/ratio on the 320. Really, it's to take measurements and what not just to be positive that they have them all correct.
Somebody with a 320 should step up to the plate (especially those that have been looking for a suspension - even though it's not guaranteed you'll receive a prototype set).

whoa...shinnyyy...love the mods you did man...looks like you changed the headlight to...are you running h.i.d's now? if so what did you change. but overall your car looks sweet bro, what wheels are you gonna get?

i have Euro Bi-xenon 8000k Bulbs in headlights and foglights, AMG bodykit, AMG Exhaust, deleted Resonator and some other mods i can't remember at this point.
for wheels am thinking Modulare, DPE, HRE, BBS,iforged Etc not sure yet so many choices i wanna get something not too many or no one has so i will be ridin' on these chromies for now

hmm...i see you didnt have HID's before? i know u mentioned that u have the Euro HID Bi-xenons, but i also i see that it seems u have the headlight washer now, i thought that was only avaible when u ordered got the HID's from factory?? and/or its very difficult to add afterwards.

He put on the bumper after buying the car so he likely got one with the washer caps and no washers.

i was thinking that u always see Black, Silver, White And Red AMG Why NOT PURPLE its Different and it turn alot of heads i like the way it looks for now but the wheels will be replaced soon as i figure which other wheels to get.
